A Marriage of Mountain Bike and Motorcycle

What happens when a mountain bike meets a motocross motorcycle and fall in love?

Oh, it’s a beautiful thing.

The new object of my desire....

The new object of my desire....

Meet the ZERO BIKE.  A beautiful, eco-friendly blend of motocross and mountain biking.  The Zero Bike has all the tough looks, power, and speed a a 4 stroke off road motocross bike, but it’s electric.  Quiet as a kitten, it beats a gas powered motocross bike on technical off road trails without the noise and smell of a gas bike.  It’s powered by a lithium ion power pac good for 40 miles of riding.  The battery is biodegradable and is made with no toxic chemicals.  And it accelerates from a dead stop faster than a sports car (no annoying gears to shift).

Interested?  Read on.

Lighter riders enjoy higher speeds, making this a more accessible bike to ride for smaller people who enjoy a hit of adrenalin.  And the frame is only 12 pounds, the battery 35, making the whole bike about 125 lbs–a lot lighter than a gas bike.  The cost is comparable to a motocross bike, but hey, NO GAS!  Good for the environment!  And stealthy to ride!

Santa?

How expensive are those puppies? I would easily ride one, looks like it would be a lot of fun.

About $7500, then battery stuff, about $8000-8500 all said & done. I’d love to test drive one!
