Up early to get the mileage in
I could have slept in this morning, but got up early so I could ride. This weekend is return guide training at Zoar, one of my other jobs. Pedaling was actually a great way to get the blood flowing before it came to a complete stop once we got on the water. Yes, we do go out on the river for return guide training, and it’s the only time my dry suit makes an appearance.
