Gran Prix of Gloucester: Cyclocross Race #1

This year I did not make this fantastic event, which is set in a grassy park with the Atlantic sparkling in the background.  So I’ve been scouring the Internet looking for results.  I only found day one so far (Saturday Oct 13)….click for the full story.  http://www.cyclingnews.com/cross.php?id=cross/2007/oct07/gloucester071

In the article, I learned my favorite cross cyclist, Tim Johnson rolled a tire and had to restart from the 40th position.  Despite this enormous setback, he managed to fight his way back to 6th place.  Johnson is arguably one of the best cyclocross racers in the country, and moving from 40th to 6th really explains why.  I’m dying to know what happened today!   —Karen
