About Karen
Coffee & Bikes, Bikes & Coffee. That’s how this all started. We’ve been riding and blogging for 6 years now. We’re still doing that, but now I’ve branched off by starting a small brand of coffee for cyclists called Sip, Clip & Go! Coffee. You can pick it up at the website or at assorted bike shops in the Pioneer Valley. The coffee is 100% fair trade and organic, and I donate 1% of coffee profits to Bikes Belong. It’s a fun little venture that celebrates the cultural link between cycling and coffee, and it looks pretty great on your countertop, not to mention it’s delicious.
When I’m not selling and drinking coffee I ride my bike as often as possible, I’m a single mom, and work as a full time as a business development professional for a small technology firm. I enjoy riding mountain, road and cyclocross in any combination and as often as possible.
If you feel like giving me a shout about the biking blog, you can contact me at sipclipandgoATgmail DOT com.
If you want to talk about coffee and coffee culture in our cycling community, please email me at karenATsipclipandgocoffee DOT com. I’d love to hear from you!

We met last month at the club and I lost your number. I wanted to talk with you about the group in South Hadley. E-mail me when you can.

Hi for the first time! I love your site. Don’t let Heather get a big head over the 2008 victory. You were close. Besides, no one likes a bragger… There’s always 2009.
Thanks Linda! Glad you like the site. And don’t worry–Heather has a humble side
Karen — thanks for the great piece on Sylvan.
Do come by for a visit and a ride!
We’re right on Rt. 47 in Sunderland Center, just behind the Blue Heron restaurant. We’re the grey barn with “1881″ up high on the gable.
John,
Thanks for the invite! Maybe I could do a little product review. I love the concept of a wooden bike. Very cool!
